Disability Talk is a registered, community-focused provider with years of experience supporting people of all abilities across Victoria. Our mission is to empower individuals—NDIS participants, aged care clients, veterans, and private clients—to live more independent, fulfilling lives.
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including NDIS direct support (personal care, community participation, transport, and nursing), support coordination, specialist support coordination, and allied health (OT, speech pathology, psychology, social work, behaviour practitioners, and counselling). Our team delivers both in-person and telehealth services Australia-wide, always focused on quality, transparency, and helping you achieve your goals.
We cherish inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered care. Disability Talk proudly partners with the Migrant Resource Centre, Good Shepherd, www.christmasbox.org.au, and Free2Fly—a Melbourne-based not-for-profit supporting people of any race, belief, or social background to escape domestic violence and abuse, including women, men, elderly, and LGBTIQ clients. Through these collaborations, we deliver culturally responsive care, practical support, and meaningful community impact for all our clients.
At Disability Talk, we empower people of all abilities to live fulfilling lives across Victoria. Our commitment is to deliver inclusive NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA services, fostering a connected community where everyone can pursue their goals and feel valued.
We’re here to make good things happen for other people.
