Melbourne · NDIS · Allied Health · DVA · Aged Care
Disability Talk is a registered Melbourne NDIS provider offering Support Coordination, direct support, Allied Health, Home Care and DVA services. Whether you're a participant, a family member, or a professional — we're here to help.
No phone-tree, no chasing. Here's how simple it is.
About us
Disability Talk was founded by Christine and James, who between them cover both sides of great support. Christine has spent more than 30 years in the sector, with a background in nursing and deep experience across disability, aged care and community health. James brings the compliance, insurance and risk side — so the support we deliver is as safe and accountable as it is caring.
We look after two groups at once: the participants we support, and the support workers who deliver it — because good outcomes depend on both. Over the years we've worked across many sectors, including outreach and homelessness, and we partner with organisations like Good Shepherd to reach further — from meal support to NILS, the No Interest Loan Scheme, for people who need a hand beyond their plan.
Whether you're a support coordinator, a GP, a hospital team, a participant or a family member, you'll get the same thing from us: clear communication, genuine care, and a team that treats every person as exactly that — a person, not a plan number.
Why providers refer to us
When you refer a participant, you're putting your reputation on the line. Here's why coordinators, clinicians and services keep sending people our way.
No call-centre runaround. A real team member acknowledges every referral within one business day.
We take the time at intake so participants feel comfortable and supported from day one.
Clear updates with consent, so you always know your referral landed well and nothing fell through.
NDIS, Allied Health, DVA and Aged Care in one place — refer once instead of chasing five providers.
