Who is it for?

Home Care Direct Support is for older Australians who receive a Home Care Package (HCP) through My Aged Care, or who are self-funding their care.

Home Care is funded through My Aged Care Home Care Packages (Levels 1–4) or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
